ABOUT US
The company was incorporated in 1987 with the initial service efforts in residential real estate
appraisal and counseling. Commercial services were added as demand increased. The principals of
this employee owned company represent over 90 years combined of real estate experience in Wyoming.
The staff experience includes residential and commercial appraisals, marketing, counseling on development,
management, education, arbitration, mediation & litigation, as well as expert testimony for both real
estate practices and valuation. The team approach is often used to apply varied experience and
innovative thinking in order to create the most balanced real estate analysis for the benefit of
the client.
The company originated in Casper and at one point expanded its service areas to include about two
thirds of Wyoming. The company grew to include branch offices in Gillette and Cheyenne with staff
appraisers traveling to areas including Sweetwater, Carbon, Fremont, Washakie and Platte counties
among others. Eventually the company sold off the branch offices and downsized to cover Natrona
and Converse counties.
We believe that the Appraisal Institute is the voice of Real Estate Appraisers, and we support the
Appraisal Institute for the quality education and representation of all appraisal professionals.
We believe that the National Association of Realtors is the voice of Real Estate, and we support
the Realtor Organization and its Institutes, Societies and Councils in the various Real Estate
specialties they represent.
